Don't worry we did find a campground in Island Park & it was GORGEOUS!! We went wading in the creek (not the same as the river below) but still in the campground & on the way home saw a bull moose (SO cool!!)
Gus loved chasing the dragon flies & actually ended up jumping in the river for one.

The first day we stopped at Mesa Falls & some gentleman told us he saw a black bear 5 min after we got in, then at the campground the host told us to keep our food in the car at all times unless we were eating, because they'd spotted a black bear passing through camp. Not sure if it was those stories, the rocks, old age, but that first night I swear I didn't sleep a wink!! In the car Chi learned the word "A no" really well & so that morning we were asking him all sorts of questions "Did you sleep good?" "A NO" "Are you hungry" "A No" etc then Jer asks "Did Mommy sleep good?" "Ya" LOL we were all laughing what a nut!! Sure do LOVE LOVE our little happy head!!
